In 1955 we
registered for the general harbor transport business type 1 (unlimited),
onboard cargo handling business type 2 (unlimited), and coast cargo handling
business type 4 (unlimited) based on the Harbor Transport Business Law. In 1964 the law was revised and we obtained
new licenses in each area and have since been carrying out ship loading and
unloading, agency work, onboard and coast cargo handling, and other related
business for various types of import and export cargo. We maintain close collaborations with
companies of the Keihin districtfs etransport business cooperative associations
affiliatesf and have established a consistent operation system among each of
our departments. Through organic and
streamlined use of related business facilities of all these affiliated
companies, we have managed to establish a complete and consistent domestic and
overseas transport system and are appreciated for our reliable service.
Due to
advances in innovated cargo handling, changes in cargo handled in harbors, and
demand for streamlining and improvement of consignorsf logistic strategies, in
addition to responses to reforms of the logistic system and thorough
streamlining and systemization that change rapidly due to development of the
international compound consistent transport accompanying globalization, we are
preparing an efficient logistics system and will continue to work to meet all
of your needs.
